Children's Rooms

A warm Hawaiian breeze blows through this nursery. Two large palm trees gently bend in the wind. The wind is made of ribbon like pieces that fade from morning colors through daytime and into the night. Symbols of Hawaii float in the breeze. For example, there are drums, an Ukulele and a fire dancer’s wand in addition to stars and the moon in the night sky. A sea turtle, a surfboard and flowers float through the daytime. Native plants adorn the base of the palm trees. This mural has two large trees, but the rest of the scene is small and close to the ceiling like a border so it doesn’t interfere with furniture and does not overwhelm the space.
